1) About these terms

These Terms govern your use of findmyballs.golf (the “Site”) and participation in our prize draws (the “Draws”). By using the Site or submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms.

2) Eligibility

  • 18+ only.
  • Open to individuals who lawfully find a seeded ball and submit their details via our form.
  • Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Promoter or core suppliers may be excluded from Draws.

3) How it works (summary)

  1. You find a seeded golf ball and scan the QR code.
  2. You submit the form with name, email, ball name, course, and a photo.
  3. We verify entries. Verified entries are included in the next Draw.
  4. Winners are contacted by email and must respond within 7 days.

No purchase is necessary. Internet access is required to enter.

4) Entry rules

  • One verified entry per unique find. Duplicate, automated, false, or incomplete entries may be rejected.
  • Photos must be your own and must not infringe third‑party rights or show illegal/inappropriate content.
  • We may require additional information to verify an entry (for example, a higher‑resolution image).
  • Entries must comply with course rules and applicable laws. Do not trespass or risk injury to capture a photo.

5) Verification

We manually review entries. Our decision on eligibility and winner selection is final. We may disqualify entries that breach these Terms or appear fraudulent.

6) The prize draws

  • Draws are conducted at intervals announced on the Site (typically monthly).
  • Winners are chosen at random from verified entries for the relevant period.
  • If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or is ineligible, we may select an alternate winner.
  • We may publish a winner’s first name, initial, and course on the Site or social channels. You can object to publication by emailing us.

7) Prizes

  • Prizes shown or described on the Site are for illustrative purposes only. They represent examples of the types of rewards that may be offered, but the actual prizes available at any time may differ in nature, quantity, or value.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change prizes at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
  • There is no guarantee that a specific product, service, or brand shown on the Site will form part of any prize. Final prizes may include alternative golf-related or lifestyle items, gift vouchers, or other rewards of equal or comparable value.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash alternative, and may be fulfilled directly by a sponsor or partner solely for delivery or booking purposes.
  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure all descriptions and imagery are accurate, but visual or textual references do not constitute a binding offer or guarantee.

8) Photo content & licence

  • You confirm you took the photo and have the right to submit it.
  • You grant the Promoter a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use the photo only for entry verification and audit.
  • If you opt‑in (separate checkbox), you additionally grant us permission to use your photo and first name for promotional purposes (website, social media, sponsor decks). You can withdraw this promotional consent at any time. Withdrawing does not affect verification/audit use already carried out.

9) Acceptable use of the Site

  • Do not interfere with the Site or attempt to access it using automated means.
  • Do not upload unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or infringing content.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or the origin of a find.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

10) Intellectual property

All Site content (logos, graphics, layout, text) is owned by the Promoter or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

11) Course & brand affiliations

FindMyBalls.golf is independent and not affiliated with golf courses or equipment brands unless explicitly stated. References to third‑party marks are for identification only.

12) Safety

Golf courses can be hazardous. You are responsible for your own safety, obeying local rules, and respecting other players and staff. We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your activities on a course.

13) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for: (a) indirect or consequential losses; (b) loss of data; (c) failure of networks, Site availability, or third‑party services; (d) entries lost, delayed, or corrupted for reasons beyond our control. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

14) Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal data. By using the Site or entering a Draw, you acknowledge that policy.

15) Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend/modify the Draws where necessary (for example, to comply with law or if a sponsor changes). We will post changes on the Site with an updated date.

16) Governing law
